The founder and CEO of REAN Foundation- a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting patients and families cope with their healthcare issues independently from the comfort of their homes. With REAN Care, he aims to make health care accessible to remote areas and also to people who are unable to visit medical institutions due to old age or other health-related issues.
Sri Vasireddy served as the CTO of Global Services and Solutions, Hitachi Vantara. before he founded REAN Foundation. At Hitachi Vantara, he pioneered as the leading force in implementing Cloud and IoT solutions as a service platform business. Sri had joined Hitachi through the acquisition of REAN Cloud, again, a business founded by him.
REAN Cloud was recognized as the leading player in the niche quadrant on Cloud Services Gartner Magic Quadrant and the top company of the year in the Northern Virginia Technology council. REAN Cloud went on to win a historic $950M DoD Cloud services contract before being acquired by Hitachi.
Sri was also one of the first employees in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Worldwide Public Sector team. He has led the key migration and modernization projects for global organizations like USTRANSCOM sprint to cloud. It was an initiative that helped him gain the DoD CIO award and appreciation from global investment banking, mortgage (Ditech and RADIAN), and American Heart Association.
He played a crucial role in the development of next-generation cloud solutions for notable software companies like SAP, Symantec, Teradata, and Veritas. He was also recognized as an expert in Cloud Computing. He had supported the Obama administration Cloud First initiative in the federal government. His responsibilities included offering valuable guidance to the GSA in developing the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). He was the Chief Engineer for Net-Centric Enterprise Services, a Department of Defense web services initiative.
Sri holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and an MBA from Duke University- The Fuqua School of Business. His experience and expertise in the field helped him develop a delivery model for cloud-based solutions that democratized access to computing and accelerated innovation. He was also the Founding Director of a non-profit organization- Asha-Jyothi. This organization focuses on providing education for underprivileged kids in India. Today, Sri is an inspirational leader who drives the healthcare organization- REAN Foundation, making healthcare accessible for one and all!
